Jack Halsey

Program Assistant
Jack Halsey is a recent MA graduate in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. His studies focused on Eurasian relations and transatlantic security. Some of his projects included researching and reporting to the Department of State on Uzbekistani remittances, women led protests in Russia, and the impact of Germany’s “Zeitenwende” for European security. Prior to his Masters studies, Jack worked for two years as a Development Coordinator for the Foreign Policy Program at the Brookings Institution.
