Research Assistant
Joshua Bernard-Pearl is a Research assistant at the Caspian Policy Center. Joshua is a rising senior in Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service where he majors in international politics with a concentration in security and minors in Jewish Civilization. He also spent a semester studying international relations at St. Andrews University in Scottland. Previously, Joshua interned at the Department of State and The Brookings Institution.
