Research Intern
Lilly Horrigan is currently pursuing an MA in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies at Georgetown University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, with a focus on Russian language and Eurasian area studies. Her areas of interest include security in Central Asia, Russian malign influence in the post-Soviet space, and Russian foreign policy and military strategy.
